Description and details of activities **I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION.** Responsible for the management, distribution, control, and assignment of preventive maintenance for machinery and equipment of the company, as well as ensuring the availability of critical spare parts, processing purchase orders, and assisting in completing spare parts import documentation. Also responsible for ensuring timely execution of preventive maintenance, reporting findings, and strengthening procedures. **II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\.** Schedule preventive maintenance plans according to assigned frequencies for equipment. **2\.** Distribute preventive maintenance assignments evenly. **3\.** Manage the preventive maintenance scheduling program within MP modules. **4\.** Share weekly reports on internal metrics. (MTTR/MTBF Availability) **5\.** Communicate any events impacting compliance promptly. **6\.** Responsible for tracking availability of spare parts, toolings, and spares. **7\.** Process purchases for the Automation department. **8\.** Verify that inventories are optimal and maintained within min\-max ranges. **9\.** Maintain control of daily MP or as per defined frequencies. **10\.** Verify that maintenance tasks are carried out as planned. **11\.** Inspect execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance. **12\.** Evaluate performance and completion of tasks assigned to technicians. **13\.** Inform immediate supervisor of overdue or delayed preventive maintenance activities. **14\.** Notify when there are abnormalities in the performance of assigned tasks. Experience and requirements **III.
