**POSITION PURPOSE:** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment, and parking areas; as well as general cleaning of stations, compliance with guidelines and regulations, work jointly with the maintenance supervisor based on the monthly preventive maintenance program and carry it out. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Report and inspect defects in facilities, aluminum doors, electric access gates, facades, and station roofs. * Perform masonry work and installation of rockboard walls, repairs, and painting (interior finishes). * Install and repair pipes supplying water, gas, and air. * Required experience and knowledge: (essential) * Plumbing. * Masonry. * Electricity. * Light construction. * Minor repairs. **SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Problem-solving. * Assertive communication. * Initiative. * Teamwork. **WORK LOCATION:** **Mexicali, BC, (Av Anahuác 2158 Col.
