





AutoPasiòn is seeking a Customer Retention and Lifecycle Leader, responsible for the strategy and execution that define our connection with every customer who gets a new car. This role focuses on CRM management through concierge-type executives. You will be responsible for designing and operating the CRM strategy with the goal of increasing customer loyalty. What you'll do * Manage and administer CRM workflow and communication with all AutoPasiòn customers. * Implement and manage INB MKT and AI tools, as well as team management tools... * Collaborate with Group leaders to ensure corporate initiatives are fulfilled. * Represent the customer in customer experience design. * Analyze CRM initiative performance and evolve based on data, experimentation, and customer feedback. * Lead a multidisciplinary team, empower them, and transform them into high-performance executives. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing or business-related field, or Industrial Engineering with experience *Desirable: Specialization in digital marketing* *Desirable: Experience in after-sales areas at an automotive dealership, customer loyalty, sales courses, call center experience* 2 years of leadership experience Competencies: Customer centricity, accountability, project management, leadership, resilience.
