Position Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with experience leading multidisciplinary teams in financial and digital transformation projects, possessing stakeholder management skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Minimum 2 years in financial, credit, or collections projects. Participation in digital transformation or automation projects. Telecommunications experience is desirable. Technical and Methodological Knowledge: Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (advanced level). Backlog management, sprint planning, and agile metrics. Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence; Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook; Miro; Dashboards and data analytics. Credit and Collections Processes (functional level): Credit granting; Portfolio control; Collections and reconciliations. Risk management.
