Description and details of activities Tasks, responsibilities, and authority: • Perform sampling requested by clients. • Schedule sampling in coordination with the administrative assistant and area supervisors. • Handle with care and maintain in good condition the equipment, solutions, and materials used for field parameter measurements. • Prepare chain-of-custody documentation for collected samples. • Attend training courses when required. • Record technical data related to their activities at the time they are performed. • Develop sampling plans and sketches. Experience and requirements .\- Experience in water treatment systems (preferred) .\- Knowledge and/or experience in wastewater sampling according to NMX\-AA\-003\-1980 standard. .\- Proficient use of field measurement equipment such as potentiometer, sieve, etc. .\- High school diploma or technical degree. .\- Familiarity with the city and industrial zones. .\- Valid driver’s license (MANDATORY). ATCS engineers in the field and in product development work closely with our customers to understand their technology needs now and in the future. ### **Responsibilities** * Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation equipment used in the production line for connectors, modular jacks, hermetic connectors, among others. * Diagnose failures in equipment (vision systems, robots, electrical control) and perform corrective maintenance to restore operation. * Carry out mechanical adjustments, calibrations, and alignments as required, ensuring product tolerances and specifications. * Maintain maintenance records: work orders, logbooks, equipment history, spare parts used, downtime, among others. * Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives, proposing modifications to reduce failures, optimize efficiency, lower maintenance costs, and extend asset life. * Manage and monitor critical spare parts, reporting purchase requirements or critical stock levels in advance to prevent delays due to missing parts. ### **Requirements** * Basic/intermediate knowledge of vision systems (CV\-X Series KEYENCE, COGNEX and Sensopart). * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of electrical control. * Completed technical degree or incomplete university degree. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in maintenance of automated machinery, preferably in electronic manufacturing, connector manufacturing, or high\-precision industries. * Intermediate experience with automation equipment, PLCs, and pneumatic systems. * Experience using electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools. * Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. * Solid knowledge of electricity (medium/low voltage), electric motors, frequency inverters, and servo motors. * Ability to read technical manuals and control diagrams. * Analytical ability for fault diagnosis and problem solving. * Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. * Good communication and teamwork skills, with ability to coordinate with other departments (Production, Quality, Engineering). * Results\-oriented and proactive. * Flexible working hours. * Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, IPC or other relevant standards) will be valued.
