Experience and requirements **Qualifications You Must Have:** * Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related fields (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Aerospace). * Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Standard Times, Line Balancing, etc.). * Experience with the CORE Operating System or similar lean frameworks. * Advanced skills in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, basic Power BI knowledge) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint). * Strong communication and presentation skills. * English proficiency: Intermediate to advanced (approximately 70–80%). * Must be authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship now or in the future.
