Description and details of activities We are looking for a NPI Engineer to join our engineering team with experience in successfully launching new product lines ensuring the design, validation and successful transition to mass production while complying with the highest safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with deep experience in product development, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional collaboration. 1. Collaborate closely with Project manager, Product engineer, Quality and material teams. 2. Translate customer requirements into manufacturable product solutions. 3. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using tools such as MS Project or equivalent. 4. Conduct and support PFMEA, IQ, OQ, PQ, pilot builds, and first article inspections. 5. Interface with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure readiness and ramp-up execution. 6. Creation of technical documentation: Process Flow, Standard Operation Procedures, control plan and Product History Record. 7. Development of documentation of product testing, validation, and reliability analysis. 8. development of product documentation, including BOM’s, Work instructions, routing, PFMEA, control plans and product history record. 9. Work with ERP systems to ensure proper setup of part numbers, structures and production data. 10. Collaborate with design, process, manufacturing, and quality engineers to ensure product readiness for mass production. Experience and requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Masters preferred. 2. 2+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the interconnect, electronics, or low mix/high-volume sectors. 3. Understanding product development, lifecycle, manufacturing principles, and quality systems. 4. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies. 5. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization. 7. VISA Required. 8. National passport. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems preferred. 10. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and technical curiosity. 11. English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
