Experience and Requirements ✅ **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field (incomplete degree accepted). * +2 years of experience in injection molding processes. * +2 years in leadership or supervisory roles. * Experience in the electronics industry (desirable). * Intermediate English (desirable). ️ **Skills and Knowledge:** * Injection molding machines. * Mold assembly and maintenance. * Lean Manufacturing, problem-solving (scrap reduction, efficiency improvement). * Supervision of technical and operational personnel.
