Req ID: 75814 **Description** --------------- Provide specialized technical support in engineering activities, including analysis, testing, implementation of improvements, technical documentation, and support to manufacturing processes. The Equipment Engineering Technician 2 acts as a liaison between the engineering and operations teams, ensuring the proper execution of projects and compliance with technical standards. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Performs predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment. * Executes setup changes required by production. * Proposes equipment improvement projects. * Prepares daily maintenance reports. * Verifies the scheduling of preventive maintenance for equipment. * Identifies failures and performs corrective maintenance on production equipment. * Uses and interprets diagrams to carry out corrective maintenance tasks. * Conducts setup tests to verify equipment operation and/or identify failures. * Performs manual assembly of small components using a microscope. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Visual acuity to view devices smaller than 1mm under a microscope. * Use of measurement instruments (multimeter, caliper, pyrometer, air/vacuum gauge). * Use of mechanical tools. * Interpretation of electrical diagrams. **Desired Experience and Skills** --------------------------------- * Experience with Die Attach equipment (microprocessor assembly). * Knowledge of SAP system (spare parts requests).
