Indor Mexicali is a company dedicated to promoting Padel sports and growing the padel community. Our goal is to achieve local and state recognition through excellence in our services and commitment to the customer and our Club. **JOIN OUR TEAM:** We are looking for: **Multifunctional Cashier** **Objective:** The objective is to ensure good service and collection of services offered to the customer in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience and high-quality operational management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1\. Sales and customer service** * Collect, process, and record services and products offered by the club such as court rentals, balls, shirts, padel-related accessories, as well as beverages and food from the bar area. * Attend customers with kindness and cordiality, providing information about the services offered, resolving questions and/or concerns. * Ensure proper handling of the cash register with correct marking of products and services. * Guarantee cash closure with all charged items (no open accounts). * Perform daily cash counts, opening and closing of the register, ensuring proper management of income and transfers of the club, as well as guaranteeing the initial cash float. * Collect payments for court reservations pending payment on a daily basis. * Provide guidance to customers on the current padel court reservation system. * Offer customers information about available services, programs, tournaments, and promotions at the club. **2\. Store and court operations** * Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the reception and cashier area, as well as the warehouse. * Conduct random inventories of all supplies and materials for operations. * Provide service by fully executing the service protocol to deliver an excellent customer experience, including store cleaning and organization, televisions turned on with correct programming, lights on, music playing, portacoolers turned on or off as appropriate, and reporting incidents to the relevant departments timely and accurately. * Ensure proper receipt, handling, and display of products. * Receive suppliers, verifying proper handling and arrival of goods. * Conduct facility walkthroughs ensuring they are clean and in safe condition for sports practice. * Keep storage areas and store products clean and organized. * Assist in various activities related to organizing tournaments or special events. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education** * High school diploma * Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles * Interest in sports **Working conditions:** * Workplace: Indor Club Mexicali B.C. * Evening shift availability – Tuesday to Sunday – 5:30am to 1:30pm * Meal break: 30 min * Statutory benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $3,000.00 per week Benefits: * Free parking * Free uniforms Application question(s): * Do you have availability to work from 4:00pm to 12:00am?
