Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning and basic maintenance staff to ensure the excellent appearance of a sports club’s facilities, maintaining a safe and pleasant environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the sports club 2. Assist in maintenance and organization activities of the club 3. Our goal is to achieve local and state recognition through service excellence and commitment to our customers and our Club. **JOIN OUR TEAM:** We are looking for: **Cleaning and Basic Maintenance Staff** **Objective:** To ensure the excellent appearance of the sports club’s facilities, guaranteeing a safe, pleasant, and optimally maintained environment for members. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1\. Cleaning** * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the club facilities, including sweeping, collecting balls, cleaning glass and surfaces, garbage collection, cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, and outdoor areas. * Clean courts, especially glass surfaces. * Conduct inspection rounds for cleaning and maintenance. * Ensure compliance with cleaning standards to maintain a consistently clean and orderly environment. * Manage and safeguard assigned cleaning supplies and materials. * Maintain an updated inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, requesting replenishment as needed. * Complete cleaning logs and accurately complete the checklist for compliance in cleaning and preventive maintenance areas. * Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and carry out club maintenance, cleaning, and organization activities. * Assist in setup, installation, or preparation of spaces during tournaments or special events **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education** * High school diploma * Minimum 1 year of experience in custodial and cleaning roles * Interest in sports **Working Conditions:** * Work location: Indoor Pádel, Mexicali B.C. * Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Day off: Weekday * Lunch break: 30 minutes * Fixed salary \+ tips * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $3,300.00 \- $3,500.00 per week Benefits: * Free parking * Free uniforms Application question(s): * Are you available to work from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM?
