A history of innovation : Amphenol has 70\+ year history of innovation and a leadership position in all markets served. atcs engineers in the field and in product development work closely with our customers to understand their technology needs now and in the future. ### **Responsibilities** The Specialist must provide specialized assistance for analyzing and resolving issues related to the use of the Dynamics AX enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for all users and departments across the company, as well as identify and address training needs for the ERP system. To do so, the Specialist must follow the methodology and documentation required by applicable internal processes and standards governing the training process. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Initial training for new staff. 2\. Ongoing monitoring and corrective training for staff using Dynamics AX. 3\. Preparation and supervision of continuous training programs for Dynamics AX usage. 4\. Resolution of issues related to Dynamics AX. 5\. Management of change requests for Dynamics AX. 6\. Management of access requests and responsibilities in Dynamics AX. 7\. Audit of financial health and inventory related to operational activities in Dynamics AX. 8\. Development and control of internal procedures related to Dynamics AX usage. 9\. Oversight of migration processes for new business units to Dynamics AX. 10\. Creation and administration of the Dynamics AX training matrix. 11\. Creation and administration of audiovisual training support materials for Dynamics AX. 12\. Creation and administration of a training plan in collaboration with the Organizational Development Department for Dynamics AX. ### **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering degree or related field. * Languages: Spanish / English * Experience: 1 year in a similar or related position involving financial activities **** **Knowledge**: * Supply chain flow. * Inventory accounting. * Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., AX, SAP, Oracle). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). * Development of training materials (written, audiovisual, and instructional) and staff training on skills.
