Position Summary: We are seeking a Software and Hardware Developer to conceptualize, design, and program PLC control systems, robots, and auxiliary devices. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we invite you to join our team as a **Software and Hardware Developer**. **Job Requirements:** * Residency in Mexicali, B.C. * Completed Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of PLC programming and electrical control system development experience. * Minimum 2 years of PLC programming experience. * Experience with various programming languages and platforms. * Experience with safety control systems. * Experience with vision systems. * Experience with interfaces and databases. * Experience in configuration and programming of industrial robots. **Key Competencies:** * Operation, care, and handling of machinery and tools. * Use and handling of measuring instruments. * Mechanical/electrical assembly techniques. * Development of PLC data acquisition programming. * Data interpretation. * Knowledge of and ability to configure sensors and actuators. **Primary Job Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the Project Manager to conceptualize projects required by clients to solve specific problems. * Ensure designs meet client requirements. * Develop software based on established architectures for PLC control systems, LabVIEW, and DAQ. * Program and configure robots for various processes. * Develop and interpret various system failure modes. * Program and configure auxiliary equipment/devices (e.g., cameras, drivers, motion controllers, lasers, markers, etc.).
