




Indor Club, a company dedicated to providing excellence in social services, is currently seeking: **Customer Experience and Events Leader** The objective is to ensure a memorable experience within the club, serving as the key link between guests and court reservation management services and event organization, guaranteeing quality, personalized, efficient, and professional service. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate promotional events, sales strategies, private or corporate events to increase the club’s daily customer traffic. * Maintain a sports event calendar to promote customer attendance through our entertainment services using the club's giant screen. * Implement strategies and promotions to increase revenue from reservations or private events, boosting bar and restaurant consumption, as well as strengthening the padel community. * Coordinate event logistics from initial contact, provide quotations, coordinate control desks, decoration, awards, ensure welcome packages, and manage any aspect affecting event operations. * Follow up on client needs before, during, and after each event. * Perform post-event services, including payment follow-ups and invoicing. * Coordinate the club's event calendar. * Design and execute the annual strategic marketing plan. * Supervise advertising campaigns, public relations, and media. * Coordinate external agencies and suppliers. * Implement and optimize CRM usage. * Identify market opportunities and collaborate in product development. * Lead corporate events and social media strategies. * Supervise the conception, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns. * Measure results of implemented campaigns. * Responsible for creating advertising guidelines, social media content, supplier quotations, and event execution. * Create advertisements using Meta Business Suite platform. * Budgeting, organization, and goal tracking. * Planning, execution, and scheduling of social media content (reels, videos, photos). * Respond to and follow up on messages, comments, complaints via Facebook, Instagram, Uber Eats, surveys. * Handle sponsorship and support requests. * Send monthly event calendars. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (with focus or experience in marketing and advertising) * Desired experience: 2 years in social media, advertising, planning, sales. * Responsible * Teamwork skills * Proactive * Strong verbal communication and expression * Writing proficiency * High sense of responsibility * Flexible availability * Valid driver's license * Experience managing social media and sales statistics Interested applicants, please apply through this platform.
