Job Description and Responsibilities
1\.\-Develop the master production plan.
2\.\-Monitor the master production plan.
3\.\-Monitor the shipping plan\/recovery plan
4\.\-Interact with support departments to obtain their support for on-time deliveries.
5\.\-Receive customer demand and convert it into labor hours.
6\.\-Responsible for conducting the internal SIOP meeting (execution of the weekly plan)
7\.\-Perform capacity analysis based on demand.
8\.\-Define resources required to meet five years of demand (Capex, machinery, personnel)
9\.\-Provide information for the material requirements planning\/supplier scheduling process.
10\.\-Proactively communicate\/escalate potential MPS-related issues\/constraints to the management team to trigger preventive actions aimed at mitigating supply failure risk.
11\.\-Support operations in tracking production\/manufacturing performance against schedule\/plan, consistently challenging and understanding deviations from standard performance.
12\.\-Support program management in analyzing inventory levels to optimize\/challenge current status and identify improvement opportunities.
13\.\-Provide communication\/feedback to programs regarding potential supply issues, as well as to improve forecast accuracy.
14\.\-Serve as liaison with programs to support and coordinate all production schedules related to new program launch\/prototype development activities.
15\.\-Ensure relevant KPIs are monitored and that the PDCA approach with A3 is applied in case of deviations to ensure sustainable achievement of objectives.
Experience and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, or Logistics.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and production control.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite on PC.
* Knowledge of ERP systems.
* Advanced Excel skills.
