




**Key Responsibilities:** * Enter employee timecards, hours worked, and payroll adjustments into payroll system * Maintain and update employee payroll records and information * Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submitting for processing * Support the Payroll or HR team with additional administrative duties as needed * Maintain strict confidentiality of employee payroll data **Qualifications:** * 1\+ year of data entry, payroll, or AP experience (construction or service industry a plus) * Strong typing and data entry speed with high attention to detail * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Monday\-Friday 7am\-4pm Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Pay: From $180,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
