




American manufacturing company with a strong presence in Mexico, is currently seeking a Payroll Analyst. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. English: Intermediate (conversational and written). Intermediate Excel skills. Proven experience in payroll processing. Basic knowledge of TRESS. **Functions and Responsibilities:** Collect and keep employee information up to date. Calculate and process payroll, including shifts and benefits. Manage employee payments accurately and on time. Prepare reports and records related to payroll. Resolve inquiries and advise employees on payroll-related matters. Knowledge of IMSS and INFONAVIT. Collaborate with other departments such as Human Resources. **Competencies and Skills:** Attention to detail and accuracy: Essential to avoid calculation errors. Analytical and problem-solving skills: To identify and resolve payroll issues. Proactivity and commitment: To manage tasks efficiently. Communication: To interact with employees and other departments. Knowledge of labor legislation: To ensure compliance with labor laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Work location is at El Vigía II industrial park, Mexicali. Schedule: Monday to Friday, morning shift with flexible hours. Salary: 20,000 pesos net per month plus statutory benefits.
