You will be working closely with Design Engineers on reviewing circuit schematic and defining probe test condition, working closely with probe engineer on implementing wafer probe test, review probe test data and define probe limit. You will also be involved in probe test issue debug, probe yield improvement and low yield lot disposition. Review wafer probe test coverage, identify tests for die level screening Review wafer probe spec to ensure probe test condition defined properly Review wafer probe test data and compare to design simulation result.
