Coordinates departmental or cross\-functional teams, focused on the delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross\-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints. Main responsibilities * Identify and resolve bottlenecks, as well as manage resource allocation with senior management to meet demand + Consolidate production capacity analysis across all assembly, short-term and long-term test platforms. * Review and confirm staffing requirements for direct labor and technicians for defined production periods and plans. * Ensure continuous system maintenance to standards for production output, cycle times, yields, optimal batch sizes, and material consumption rates. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and conduct economic validation of such initiatives. * Analyze plant layout and distribution. * Digitize information to enable optimal, timely decision-making. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------- Communication with SCM, local and corporate senior management, and handling customer visits Fluent spoken and written English Industrial or Systems Engineering degree Minimum 8\-10 years of experience *Skyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer supporting diversity in the workplace.*
