




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise quality inspection activities, ensuring compliance with standards and providing technical support to the team. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and guidance to production staff Description and Details of Responsibilities * Perform in-process inspections and verification activities * Conduct final inspections on all manufactured finished products * Ensure master samples at electrical test stations are executed correctly * Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and specifications * Provide feedback to production staff on quality metrics (defects, PPMs, in-process findings, etc.) * Support Quality Engineering (QE) in process control audits * Coordinate daily activities of quality inspectors, GP12 inspectors, and electrical testers * Assign tasks and priorities based on production needs * Ensure appropriate shift coverage and balanced workload distribution * Support team members by resolving questions and providing technical guidance * Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to procedures * Ensure effective communication during shift handover with the first shift and the Quality Engineer * Execute and/or coordinate process audits * Follow up on corrective actions * Provide floor support for quality-related issues and participate in root cause analysis * Support review/update of quality databases, maintenance of Power BI dashboards, T3 calculation, and creation of quality alerts * Report shift performance, issues, and key findings to the Quality Engineer Experience and Requirements Completed high school (preferred) or prior experience in a Quality role 2–4 years of experience in Quality (Inspector, Technician, or similar position) Experience leading teams or coordinating personnel is highly preferred Knowledge of measurement equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) AQLs (Acceptable Quality Levels) Knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation Basic quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto) Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / quality management systems Proactivity, collaboration, creativity, interpersonal skills, values Leadership and decision-making Communication skills Problem-solving focus Teamwork and collaboration Attention to detail Responsibility and work ethics Adaptability and responsiveness Benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements **Number of Vacancies** 1 **Department** Quality **Employment Type** Permanent **Work Mode** On-site **Shift** Night Shift **Working Hours** Full-time **Schedule*** Monday to Thursday * 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM **Education** High School **Willingness to Travel** No
