Job stability at an established company Purpose of the Position: To be responsible for comprehensive accounting, tax, and financial management, ensuring reliable information for strategic decision-making, as well as regulatory compliance for the company and its partners. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and analyze financial statements for management, with a focus on results and risks. * Supervise the company’s and partners’ tax compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations. * Evaluate the financial situation and propose strategies for tax and operational optimization. * Lead and develop the accounting team, establishing standards and best practices. * Ensure accurate accounting recording of all transactions. * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and internal controls. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree required) * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting leadership roles. * Experience in general, tax, and financial accounting. * Ability to lead teams and collaborate with executive departments. * Strong analytical skills, professional judgment, and confidentiality. * Willingness to travel. * Preferred experience in retail companies, multi-branch operations, or corporate groups.
