Position Summary: Leads the procurement team, driving continuous improvement and managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal purchasing options. Key Highlights: 1. Market analysis for purchasing options in terms of quality, cost, and service Leads and supervises the procurement team, promoting continuous improvement to achieve departmental objectives; develops and monitors assigned strategies while maintaining long-term relationship management with key suppliers. Supervises staff performance against KPIs and analyzes market proposals to identify the best purchasing option in terms of quality, cost, and service. Additionally, manages procurement budgets efficiently, ensuring responsible use of company resources. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 5 years’ experience as Procurement Manager * Advanced English * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Logistics * Knowledge of procurement and supply processes (domestic and international), as well as contract and supplier management. * Ability to negotiate costs, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards with strategic suppliers. * Proficiency in preparing and analyzing cost comparisons and proposals to select the most advantageous option for the company. * Ability to manage inventories of materials and spare parts according to operational requirements. * Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement platforms to ensure traceability and Salary: $45,000\.00 \- $47,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Company parking * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Language: * ENGLISH (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
