





Requirements: * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Administrative fields, Industrial Engineering or related areas * Minimum of 2 years of experience * Knowledge in purchasing spare parts, tools and maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, etc.) * Age: between 28 and 35 years old * Gender: Indifferent * Proficiency in administrative tools (Excel, ERP, SAP B1 desirable). * Basic knowledge of procurement and contract regulations. Responsibilities of the position: * Full management of the procurement process from receiving and validating purchase requisitions from maintenance and operations departments to delivery of spare parts/equipment and/or completion of service. * Ensure compliance with periodic maintenance agreements. * Warranty tracking. * Identify and approve new suppliers that guarantee availability, reliability and technical compliance. * Negotiate competitive pricing, quality and delivery terms. * Market price analysis. * Maintain updated records and documentation in the ERP system. * Support audits and internal processes with procurement, contract and supplier information.
