Key Responsibilities: * Purchase materials, supplies, and equipment according to company needs * Monitor inventory levels and create purchase orders * Forecast future inventory requirements * Negotiate with suppliers for best prices and terms * Track deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues * Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers * Analyze market and supply trends * Ensure quality standards are met for purchased materials * Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other departments * Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field * 2\-5 years of experience in purchasing or planning * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office * Strong analytical and mathematical skills * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Detail\-oriented and organized * Experience with inventory management Preferred Qualifications: * Professional certification (APICS, CPSM, etc.) * Experience with lean manufacturing principles * Knowledge of industry\-specific regulations * Multiple language capabilities
