




· Work with the warehouse supervisor to generate shortage lists (if any) for Harbor City and maintain an updated record in Excel. · After receiving the shipment from Harbor City, assign (not issue) Mxli inventory parts to all received job order kits. · Keep an Assignment Register updated in Excel. · Issue Mxli inventory materials to scheduled job orders in Visual. · Identify shortages in job orders and determine when these will impact a customer shipment. · Maintain a Shortage Tracking sheet in Excel and lead daily follow-up meetings with purchasing and production teams. · Update the job order inventory report weekly, showing current balances and adding new received orders. · Collaborate with department supervisors and the production manager to generate and publish the Weekly Production Schedule Report. **Requirements:** · Proficient in Excel and basic Office tools. · Proactive and organized. · English desirable, but not essential. · Education: Technical or university studies, completed or incomplete, related to job responsibilities. **Key Competencies:** · Ability to analyze and track inventory. · Effective communication and teamwork. · Results-oriented and adherence to deadlines.
