Focuses on optimal inventory and meeting customer demand **Job Summary** The Planner supports production and material planning activities to ensure timely availability of materials, smooth production flow, and adherence to delivery schedules. The role works closely with production, procurement, logistics, and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer demand in a fast\-paced automotive environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in **production planning and scheduling** based on customer demand and forecasts * Prepare and update **daily/weekly/monthly production plans** * Monitor **material availability** and coordinate with procurement and suppliers * Track **inventory levels** to avoid shortages or excess stock * Support **MRP (Material Requirements Planning)** activities * Analyze production data and highlight **capacity constraints or risks** * Coordinate with shop floor teams to ensure plan adherence * Follow up on **schedule deviations** and support corrective actions * Maintain planning data in **ERP systems** (SAP / Oracle / other) Skills \& Competencies Technical Skills * Basic understanding of **automotive manufacturing processes** * Knowledge of **production planning, supply chain, and inventory control** * Experience with **ERP/MRP systems** (Oracle preferred) * Proficiency in **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred) Behavioral Skills * Strong **analytical and problem\-solving** skills * Good **communication and coordination** abilities * Attention to detail and data accuracy * Ability to work in a **fast\-paced, deadline\-driven** environment * Willingness to learn and take ownership Education * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in **Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Engineering**, or **Supply Chain Management** Preferred (Nice to Have) * Basic knowledge of **IATF 16949** processes Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Experiencia: * Planner: 3 años (Obligatorio) Idioma: * Inglés (Obligatorio) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
