





**Position: Payroll Analyst** **Location:** Cancún, Quintana Roo **Work Mode:** On-site **Job Type:** On-site/remote **Job Description:** A specialized services company seeks a **Payroll Analyst**, responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients and legal entities, ensuring compliance with current Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Calculation and processing of weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll for multiple clients. * Administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) via **IDSE**. * Calculation and stamping of **Payroll CFDI 4.0**. * Calculation of **Income Tax (ISR) on salaries and wages**, and determination of local taxes. * Determination and calculation of employer-employee contributions via **SUA**. * Generation of payment reference lines and payments through **SIPARE**. * Administration of **INFONAVIT** and **FONACOT** loans. * Preparation of **employment termination settlements, severance payments, and indemnities**, in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Monitoring and validation of payroll incidents: medical leaves, vacations, bonuses, absences, and overtime hours. * Payroll-to-accounting reconciliation. * Responding to client and government authority (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT) requests. * Preparation of monthly, bimonthly, and annual payroll reports. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (completed). * Minimum **2 years’ experience in accounting consulting firms or practices**. * Demonstrable proficiency in **IDSE, SUA, and SIPARE**. * Solid knowledge of **Payroll CFDI 4.0**, **ISR on salaries and wages**, and the **Federal Labor Law (LFT)**. * Experience managing **INFONAVIT and FONACOT loans**. * Proficiency in payroll systems such as **CONTPAQi Nóminas, NOI, or similar**. * **Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, formulas). * Ability to manage a **high volume of employees and multiple legal entities**.
