Collaborative environment Data Scientist (Python / Machine Learning / SQL) We are looking for a **Data Scientist** with strong analytical training and experience in developing predictive models and advanced analytics solutions. We seek a candidate capable of transforming data into actionable business strategies, working in a collaborative, results-oriented environment. Academic Qualifications * Completed bachelor's degree (degree certificate required). * Relevant fields: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Systems, or other data analysis-related disciplines. Main Responsibilities * Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. * Design, train, and validate machine learning models. * Develop predictive and prescriptive solutions for various business areas. * Build and implement data pipelines for model training and deployment. * Perform feature engineering and variable selection. * Evaluate model performance and propose continuous improvements. * Translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions. * Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through data storytelling. * Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and development teams. Technical Requirements * Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn, Matplotlib, among others). * Advanced statistics and probability. * Supervised and unsupervised machine learning. * Advanced SQL and handling of large-scale datasets. * Data cleaning and preparation (Data Wrangling). * Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or other tools). Desirable Knowledge * Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch). * NLP or Computer Vision. * MLOps and model deployment. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Spark or Big Data frameworks.
