Our products—present across a wide range of fields—contribute to enhancing the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** International Trade Process: * Prepare customs documentation for Temporary and Definitive Imports: (Raw Materials, Machinery and Equipment, Tools and Fixtures, Hazardous Materials, Indirect Materials). * Prepare customs documentation for Exports: (Finished Products, Raw Materials, Machinery and Equipment, Indirect Materials, Hazardous Materials, Waste). * Prepare customs documentation for Virtual Imports and Exports: (Raw Materials, Machinery and Equipment, Tools and Fixtures, Finished Products, Waste). * Prepare customs documentation for Regime Changes: (Raw Materials, Machinery and Equipment, Tools and Fixtures). * Prepare customs documentation for Regularizations. International Trade Programs: * Register, monitor, and maintain imports and exports in the customs inventory control system. * Conduct internal controls by comparing information in our inventory control system against the GLOSA (Customs General Administration, AGA) report on a monthly basis. * Compile and maintain physical and electronic archives of imports and exports. * Prepare and analyze customs reports. * Analyze and verify correct payment of customs entries (pedimentos). * Identify and monitor fixed asset inventory at the plant. * Execute proper application of tariff preferences and trade promotion programs. (IMMEX, PROSEC, Rule Eight, Certified Enterprise, Origin Verification). * Prepare and submit subcontracting notices to government agencies. * Collect and provide information to the Customs Broker. * Maintain databases across various customs systems. * Provide customs support to internal and external customers. * Collect and analyze information required for compliance with OEA and CTPAT programs. * Conduct audits of internal customs operations. **Requirements** Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Commerce, International Trade, or International Business. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
