




**Accounts Receivable Analyst (AR)** **Position Objective:** To manage and monitor the customer portfolio promptly, ensuring timely payment collection, accurate application of receipts, and precise reconciliation of financial information. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and effective relationships with both internal and external customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and follow up on **customer collections**, verifying payment dates, amounts, and agreed terms. * Generate **account statements**, aging reports, and portfolio analysis. * Validate, record, and apply payments in accounting systems or ERP. * Perform **reconciliations** between invoicing, payments, deposits, and supporting documents. * Contact customers to recover overdue balances and clarify charges. * Control and archive related documentation: invoices, CFDI, contracts, purchase orders, and receipts. * Follow up on credit memos, adjustments, cancellations, and administrative corrections. * Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounting, treasury) to resolve discrepancies. * Prepare periodic reports for management and participate in internal or external audits. * Identify collection risks and propose preventive or corrective actions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (completed). * 1–3 years of hands-on experience in **Accounts Receivable** or financial areas (actual operational experience, not internships). * Proficiency in **Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, filters, functions). * Knowledge of **CFDI 4.0**, billing processes, and reconciliation. * Experience using ERP or accounting software (SAP, CONTPAQi, ASPEL, NetSuite, etc.). * Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer negotiations. **Key Competencies:** * Organization and document control * Analytical ability * Sense of urgency * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Problem solving and follow-up **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Additional benefits. * Job stability. * Collaborative work environment.
