Job Summary: We are seeking Engineers/Techs to develop their careers in HVAC, performing maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment while receiving ongoing training. Key Highlights: 1. No prior HVAC or A/C experience required Description and details of responsibilities: We are looking for Engineers/Techs eager to build a high-level HVAC career. Field work (at heights) involving HVAC equipment maintenance, repair, and installation, along with continuous training in the field and operation of specialized tools. Experience and requirements: * Basic experience in Electrical Control * Arc Welding (preferred) * Proficiency with manual, electric, and measuring tools (preferably metal cutter, drill, buffer, multimeter) * Desire to pursue a career in HVAC equipment maintenance and installation Prior HVAC or A/C experience is NOT required.
