Description and details of responsibilities CARTCO currently has an opening for a Human Resources Administrator — a role with strong career development potential — with the following primary responsibilities: * Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. * Performance evaluation. * Salary administration/pay scale management. * Employee services. * Administration and control of internal employee files. * Payroll incident management: absences, vacations, medical leaves, permissions, overtime hours. * Conflict resolution and operational discipline oversight. * Support in internal culture and communication initiatives. * Monitoring and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. * Control and administration of job descriptions. Experience and Requirements The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage their professional development in HR. Prior experience in human resources administration is required. Consistent with CARTCO’s philosophy, the ideal candidate is proactive, autonomous, skilled in time management, and capable of clearly communicating ideas while building healthy working relationships with company personnel. A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in human resources, a completed undergraduate degree, and commitment to professional growth in HR are required.
