




Position Summary: Plan, execute, and supervise Environmental Projects (Flora, Fauna, Reforestation) ensuring proper management, regulatory compliance, and integration with broader environmental programs. Plan, execute, and supervise various Environmental Projects—Flora, Fauna, Reforestation, Ramsar, etc.—ensuring appropriate management, regulatory compliance, and integration with broader environmental programs. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct environmental diagnostics and site assessments. * Design implementation and ecological restoration plans. * Select species and carry out rescue and relocation activities for flora and fauna. * Coordinate plant production and transportation. * Supervise planting and site maintenance activities. * Implement monitoring systems. * Manage permits and technical deliverables. * Train field crews and local communities. * Integrate the project with conservation programs. * All tasks assigned by the Project Manager. **Job Requirements** * Forestry Engineering, Ecology, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, or related disciplines. * Willingness to learn and perform diverse tasks across various Environmental Programs. * Preferred experience: 5 years. * Experience in infrastructure projects and environmental impact assessment. * Solid knowledge of Mexican environmental regulations (SEMARNAT, PROFEPA). * Availability for fieldwork, regional travel within Sonora–Baja California, and general reporting. * Valid driver’s license and standard personal vehicle required. **Competencies and Skills** * Strong observational, analytical, and field documentation skills. * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in georeferencing and monitoring tools (GPS, GIS). * Excellent technical writing and documentation skills. * Commitment to conservation and environmental ethics. * Adaptability to diverse climatic and geographical conditions.
