**Job Description** **Overview:** The packer is the operator who masters the processes of boxing, descartonado, and piggyback. He/she is responsible for separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, packing, and other activities involving the various components of surgical trays as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembling the requested kit * Comply with applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Leave storage locations orderly and clean * Participate in activities and programs required by the company * Contribute to personal and company safety * Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) **Required Knowledge:** * 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferred) or similar * Experience working in the boxing area * Experience working in the descartonado area * Familiarity with the Piggyback process **Skills:** * Ability to follow operational instructions assigned by supervisor * Dynamic * Disciplined * Ability to work under pressure **Education:** Secondary school.
