Job Description and Activity Details * Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables * Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan * Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation * Develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation * Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day\-to\-day contact on project status and changes * Develop and maintain partnerships with third\-party resources, including vendors and researchers Experience and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Proven project management experience (3\-4 years preferred). * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Project. * Fluent in spoken and written English. * Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Results\-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and excellence.
