Promotes a safe and disciplined work environment. **Date Posted:** 2026\-05\-18**Country:** Mexico**Location:** MX\-BCN\-MEXICALI\-496 \~ Calzada Manuel Gomez Morin \#3200 \~ CALZADA**Position Role Type:** Unspecified**Job Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Maintain order and cleanliness within the area facilities by supervising and participating in cleaning activities with staff. * Know and promote company policies and rules, communicating them to staff to ensure compliance. * Maintain respectful and disciplined conduct, adhering to company-established standards. * Assign necessary personnel to manufacturing processes, placing them according to training, ergonomics, required skills per station, and production plans. * Monitor the production plan and assign tasks during the shift, ensuring staff always have assignments and maximizing cell efficiency. * Ensure staff perform operations according to work instructions. * Supervise manufacturing lines by participating in problem resolution, facilitating staff work, escalating issues beyond their scope to the responsible department for prompt resolution, and simultaneously notifying their immediate supervisor. * Ensure staff activities follow established safety rules; immediately address any unsafe condition that risks employee safety. * Follow up on FAI assemblies (if applicable). * Lead shift-start meetings and daily communication with the work team. **Essential Requirements:** * Completed high school education or incomplete university degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading production cells; preferably with experience in electronic panel manufacturing. * Personnel management. * Prior experience managing and executing production plans. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Basic computer proficiency. * Availability to change shifts as required by the department. **Please note our location: Manuel Gomez Morin \#3200 Col.
