Bachelor’s degree completed. **Responsibilities:** Supervision, monitoring, and control of construction work carried out, regarding quality, cost, schedule, compliance with the construction schedule, and technical specifications of the project. Make necessary technical decisions to ensure proper execution of work, resolve queries, clarifications, doubts, or authorization requests submitted by the supervisor or the contractor’s representative. Review the construction schedule and verify compliance with its deadlines. **Competencies:** \*Planning. \*Organization. \*Responsibility and ethics. **Software:** \*AutoCAD. \*SketchUp. \*Microsoft Office Suite. **\*Mandatory residence in Mexicali, Baja California.** **Position type:** Project-based or fixed-term. **Work shift:** Daytime / Full-time. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. \- 4:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. \- 1:00 p.m. **Workplace:** On-site employment. **Contract duration:** 6 months\*\*\* **Construction supervision experience:** 2 years (mandatory) in a similar position on construction sites.
