Coordinate recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. Supervise the proper compilation and safeguarding of employee files. Manage payroll incidents, attendance, leaves, vacations, and disabilities. Maintain internal controls for proper compliance. Ensure adherence to internal policies and labor regulations. Coordinate employee performance evaluations. Participate in the development and implementation of organizational climate strategies. Supervise compliance with labor regulations and social security requirements. Address labor conflicts and support disciplinary procedures when necessary.
