Job Summary: Supervises construction execution and quality, coordinates activities, manages project progress, and resolves technical queries in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Quality verification of materials and construction processes Main Responsibilities: * Supervise construction execution to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate on-site activities with contractors, suppliers, and supervisors. * Verify the quality of materials and construction processes. * Manage progress reports, logs, and site documentation. * Resolve technical queries and provide support to the operational team. * Control cost estimates, physical progress, and technical project documentation. **Requirements** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * Prior experience as a Construction Site Resident, Supervisor, or Site Manager. * Knowledge of applicable regulations, drawing interpretation, and construction processes. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $20,001\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
