Grupo AutoPasión, a leading company in the automotive industry, is seeking a **JUNIOR SALES CONSULTANT** to join our team at the **POLARIS MEXICALI** dealership. **Responsibilities:** * Advise customers on automobile models, features, and available options. * Conduct vehicle demonstrations and provide detailed information regarding performance, safety, and technological features. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions. * Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and generate referrals. * Develop customer acquisition strategies. * Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports. * Achieve sales KPIs. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Administration, etc. * Experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, social media, banking (not mandatory), real estate; preferably no prior experience in automobile sales. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a goal-driven environment. * In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services. * Proactive attitude and customer-centric focus. * Proficiency in driving both standard and automatic vehicles. * Valid driver’s license.
