Organizational skills and proactivity Job Description and Responsibilities **Sales and Customer Service.** * In-store customer assistance and product promotion. * Branch brand image maintenance * Digital channel customer service **Operations and Administrative Controls.** * Handling of cash and valuables * Sales reporting * Compliance with regulations * General operations **Warehouse, Inventory, and Internal Coordination.** * Stock control * Goods receipt * Communication with kitchen Experience and Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as store manager/assistant manager in the food industry. **1. Technical Knowledge.** * Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems * Inventory control and use of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system * Basic Excel * Operation of banking terminals and shipping platforms **2.
