Contribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction and customer satisfaction through robust and reliable processes. Responsibilities:* Root cause elimination of problems * Execute Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) * Define Tack Times * Project implementation * Fixture and cell design * ISO 9001 \& 140001 compliance * Define \& optimize Routings * Continuous improvement of MFG processes * Coordination and communication of customer complaints, corrective actions and improvement strategy. * Monitor controls in production areas to meet specifications. * Waste reduction through implementation of improvement projects. * Effective response to issues identified in processes or with customers to ensure non\-recurrence. * Increase adherence to standard work by Supervisors and FLLs. * Ensure that introductions of new and/or modified products align with quality requirements. * Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, standards, and systems applicable to production/service areas.
