Join our team! **Job Mission** The job mission is to supervise and manage activities carried out by the store team, ensuring the proper application of protocols and customer service standards. Oversee the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing with actions that generate higher profitability and expense control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service, monitoring the flawless execution of processes and activities by the team. \- Ensure compliance with business metrics, generate sales reports, and perform operational checklists at the store. \- Implement actions to maintain accurate inventory, product facing and arrangement, as well as store organization and cleanliness. \- Evaluate assigned personnel through performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school.
