Role: Fullstack Developer (.NET, Node.js \& React)Position Summary We are seeking a passionate **Fullstack Developer** with strong backend expertise in **.NET Core (C\#)** and solid experience with **Node.js and React** on the frontend. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of cloud\-native web applications, APIs, and data integration pipelines that support data platform modernization initiatives. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, platform architects, and cross\-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high\-quality solutions that enable reliable data access and intuitive user experiences. What You Will Do * Develop, maintain, and support full\-stack web applications and APIs using .NET Core (C\#), Node.js, and React. * Collaborate with Data Platform engineers and architects to integrate applications with Snowflake, AWS data services, and other cloud platforms. * Design and optimize server\-side logic, database schemas (SQL Server, Snowflake), and frontend components for performance and maintainability. * Build reusable components and libraries following clean code principles and testing best practices. * Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to ensure solution reliability. * Work with product owners and data governance teams to ensure compliance with security, privacy (HIPAA), and data quality standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the full technology stack while maintaining SLAs. * Document APIs, features, workflows, and architectural decisions to support knowledge sharing and onboarding. * Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance platform capabilities and user experience. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. * 5\+ years of professional fullstack software development experience. * Strong backend development experience with .NET Core (C\#) and RESTful API design. * Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript. * Solid experience with React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. * Experience integrating applications with cloud platforms (AWS preferred). * Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases and data warehouses (Snowflake and/or SQL Server). * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Experience using Git and collaboration platforms such as GitHub or Azure DevOps. * Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy best practices (HIPAA highly desirable). * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in healthcare or insurance payer domains. * Hands\-on experience integrating custom applications with Snowflake. * Exposure to big data platforms, streaming pipelines, or AI/ML workflows. * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. * Proven contributions to process improvements and innovative product solutions.
