This role is essential to ensure that construction processes meet the highest quality standards and applicable regulations, delivering complete, safe, and contract\-compliant outcomes.### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans in accordance with national and international standards (CFE, NOM, IEC). * Verify materials, installation procedures, testing, and construction records. * Conduct daily technical inspections and generate photographic and documentary reports. * Raise and manage NCRs (Non\-Conformance Reports) and coordinate corrective actions. * Supervise the execution of technical tests (megger, TTR, insulation resistance, dielectric tests, etc.). * Actively participate in progress meetings and present technical and quality information at the executive level. * Manage the technical and documentary closure of projects. * Work jointly with planning, supervision, and PMO to ensure timely and proper deliverables. * Represent the company during audits, inspections, or reviews by the client or authorities. ### **Skills, Knowledge and Expertise** * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as QA/QC in industrial projects, especially in high/medium voltage substations and transmission lines. * Deep knowledge of quality standards applicable to the Mexican energy sector (CFE, NOM). * Excellent documentation, record control, and executive reporting skills. * Bilingual (Spanish and English), both verbal and written communication. * Ability to work under pressure with a strong results\-oriented approach. * Structured, organized, self\-directed individual with skills for resolving technical conflicts. **Desirable:*** Certifications in QA/QC, ISO 9001, PMP, or similar. * Knowledge of digital quality control tools and collaborative platforms. * Training or experience in LEAN Construction, Scrum, or other agile methodologies. * Previous experience with CFE projects. * Residency in Querétaro or willingness to relocate. ### **About Soben part of Accenture** Founded in 2011, Soben is an award winning, international consultancy providing ‘cradle\-to\-grave’ procurement, cost, contract, commercial, project and programme management services for blue chip national and international contracting organisations.
