Construction supervision, contractor coordination, and commissioning. **Photovoltaic & BESS Project Engineer** CDMX **Job Description** An energy-sector company is looking for a Project Engineer with experience in photovoltaic systems and knowledge of energy storage (BESS) to manage the execution of commercial and industrial (C&I) projects. **Responsibilities** * Design and sizing of photovoltaic and BESS systems * Preparation of calculation reports, single-line diagrams, and electrical drawings * Specification of equipment: inverters, modules, batteries, and protection devices * Planning and tracking of construction schedules * Coordination of contractors and suppliers * Construction supervision and budget control * Commissioning * Project closeout: as-built drawings, manuals, and warranties **Requirements** * Engineering degree (electrical, energy, or related field) * Minimum 2 years of experience in C&I photovoltaic projects in Mexico * Experience in construction execution and/or supervision * Proficiency in Helioscope, PVsyst, and AutoCAD * Knowledge of CFE, NOM, and NEC regulations * Intermediate English * Valid driver’s license * Willingness to travel **Desirable** * Experience with BESS systems * Proficiency in MS Project or other scheduling tools * Experience managing multiple projects **We Offer** * Salary: $30,000 to $45,000 gross monthly * Quarterly bonuses * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * 30 days’ year-end bonus * 12 vacation days from the first year * Major medical expense insurance (immediate family) * Grocery vouchers **Location** CDMX Salary: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
