If you seek a dynamic, challenging environment full of professional development possibilities, this position is for you! **StenTech**'s mission is to provide our customers with unparalleled customer service, technical expertise, exceptional quality, and on-time delivery, supported by a broad range of products meeting their surface mount technology (SMT) assembly requirements. ***Job Description*** As an **Industrial Designer (Tooling Department)**, you will be responsible for designing high-quality tooling, developing and documenting design guidelines and cutting/assembly procedures, sending design images to the client for approval, among other duties. You will work closely with management, technical departments, production, and quality assurance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop competencies such as Teamwork, Compliance with Standards, Service Orientation, and Problem Solving. ***Candidate Requirements:*** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles machining tooling for CNC * Proficiency in Office software and CAM design software (Autodesk AutoCAD, GCCam, VALOR, CAM 350, GC Power Station preferred) * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field ***Compensation and Benefits:*** * Salary: $16,000\.00 monthly gross * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Life insurance and major medical expense insurance * Monthly food vouchers * Savings fund and credit union * Productivity bonus Additionally, we offer professional development opportunities, continuous training programs, and a collaborative and enriching work environment.
