Position Objective Ensure that the customer receives excellent service and attention by performing requested transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Main Responsibilities Handle customer and user transactions at the teller window and mobile cash unit quickly, courteously, and without errors. * Conduct all operations with honesty and in compliance with banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ's cash handling policies and procedures, and the 7's methodology. * Safeguard cash in secure areas and follow bunker security measures. * Achieve cash handling productivity targets and implement the anti-line waiting plan. * Provide friendly and courteous service to encourage customer return and referrals. Meet and/or exceed sales targets and objectives established in the sales territory, considering existing customers and expanding the customer base according to available prospects in the area, through the execution of weekly visit schedules and preparation of necessary information to ensure sales of current products, cataloging of new products, and maintaining a healthy portfolio that enables customers’ recurring purchases. 2. Validate visits that could not be completed the previous week and make the corresponding adjustments to attend to the customer in the next scheduling. When conducting collections, issue and deliver to the customer a detailed payment receipt indicating the invoices to be settled, amounts, and payment method. In case of receiving cash or check payments, make the deposit at the bank and reference the deposit with the customer’s internal number.
