Job Summary: Laboratorios Tornel is seeking an MRO Buyer to manage quotations, negotiate with suppliers, analyze supply sources, and ensure on-time deliveries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage quotations and analyze supply sources. 2. Negotiate with suppliers and conduct specialized supplier scouting. 3. Ensure on-time deliveries and manage payments. **Laboratorios Tornel is seeking an MRO Buyer in San Bartolo \- Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **LABORATORIOS TORNEL** Laboratorios Tornel, a 100% Mexican company, is dedicated to the care and well-being of animal health across small, medium, and large species. **We are looking for:** **MRO Buyer (to cover maternity leave)** **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Administration \| International Trade \| Accounting \| International Business \| Industrial Engineering **Experience:** * 2 years in MRO procurement * 2 years negotiating with suppliers * 2 years conducting specialized supplier scouting **Responsibilities:** * Manage internal customer requests for quotations on supplies, materials, or services * Analyze supply sources, negotiating prices and commercial terms * Prepare comparative tables with three quotations, including costs, delivery times, and technical specifications * Process purchase carts via SAP * Register new suppliers and update their procurement files in SAP * Identify and source suppliers, maintaining and continuously updating a supplier catalog * Ensure suppliers deliver on time and manage their payments and due dates promptly * Negotiate prices with suppliers * Receive items and goods delivered by suppliers, verifying compliance with order specifications, quality, and quantity * Process returns if delivered items do not match internal customer requirements **We Offer:** * Salary: $17,000 monthly gross * 15-day year-end bonus * 12 vacation days upon completion of one year * 25% vacation premium * $1,700 in food vouchers * Savings fund: 12\.5 % * IMSS * Life insurance **Work Location:** Naucalpan, State of Mexico, San Bartolo **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **If you are interested in this position, please apply through this channel** **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Pharmaceuticals **Skills:** * Proactive * Dynamic * Responsible *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fe3793580000510080c3b1\&source\=indeed*
