We are seeking our new Payroll Assistant. Responsibilities: * Support affiliation-related transactions in IDSE (registrations, cancellations, and MDS). * Update SUA based on requested transactions. * Update payroll systems (Runa) based on transactions approved by IDSE. * Record weekly and biweekly payroll incidents for payroll calculation. * Assist in reviewing INFONAVIT and FONACOT portals to update worker-issued credits. * Assist in calculating weekly and biweekly payrolls based on incidents and approved credit withholdings. * Submit payroll files to the HR department for proper review. * Implement payroll modifications after authorization from the HR department. * Generate payroll payments, download payment receipts, and stamp payroll receipts. * Send payroll reports (payroll file, CFDI, and payment receipts) to each commercial partner weekly. * Assist in determining the Payroll Tax. * Assist in reconciling SUA and IDSE to determine IMSS employer-employee contributions. * Assist in generating FONACOT credit payment lines for employees. * Generate social cost reports and payroll service payment reports for each commercial partner. Requirements and Skills: * Knowledge of payroll processes. * Knowledge of payroll software. * Familiarity with IMSS portals (IDSE, SUA, SIPARE), INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SAT. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), and IMSS Law.
